North Country Health System includes North Country Hospital, The Wellness
Center, The Barton Clinic, physician practices and Derby Green, a 23 bed
nursing facility. They serve twenty communities in a two-county area in the
rural Northeast Kingdom of Vermont on the border of Quebec.

Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Memphramagog, the hospital provides
a full range of services, including 24 hour physician staffed emergency
department, birthing center, medical, surgical, pediatric and intensive care
units, wellness programs, oncology center, a pain treatment center and sleep
disorders center. North Country Hospital recently completed a new addition
that includes new operating rooms, emergency department and central sterile
supply and distribution.

North Country Health System is committed to encouraging wellness, providing
