Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital is a small, 16-bed, acute care, critical access hospital.  It serves the needs of the northern tri-state area of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine - an 850 square-mile are that encompasses 20 rural towns.  UCVH's mission is "to improve the well-being of the rural communities it serves by promoting health and assuring access to quality care".  We provide an array of services, including primary and subacute care (for both inpatients and outpatients), a walk-in clinic, rehabilitation services, home-health, cardiac rehab, oncology, and 24-hour emergency care.  In addition the hospital is extensively involved in community outreach efforts in health education and disease prevention.  We maintain active and collaborative relationships with other providers and organizations in our communities.
