The Vermont Managed Care Network is currently contracted to provide healthcare services and care management to 3 different health plans; The Vermont Health Plan (TVHP), MVP Health Care (MVP), and The Fletcher Allen Preferred Plans (FAP).

 
MVP Health Care:
VMC's contract with MVP Health Care became effective on January 1st, 1996. Offering multiple plans, MVP HMO, MVP ASO/Select Care and MVP PPO, MVP's membership accounts for 13,348 covered lives to VMC. Care Management responsibilities for MVP ASO have been retained by MVP.
